    Procedure - Last-Minute Cancellation

    If you have a same-day or last-minute cancellation, you can work on tasks from the "Prioritized Task List" in the Field Guide under the Reference section of your instructor profile.

    To access the list:

    1. Open your instructor profile and click the three horizontal lines (ellipses) in the top-right corner.
    2. Select "Field Guide."
    3. Go to the first tab (Support Tab, marked with a heart symbol), scroll down, and click "Prioritized Task List."

    You may log these tasks in the Time Log at your teaching rate, up to the duration of the missed lesson. For any questions, reach out to your manager on Slack!


    Cancellation Tasks to follow:

    1. Check in with the support team on:
    • Any students with an upcoming test who need a lesson? or any certificates of completion that need to be delivered?
    1. Catch up on meetings: All Hands updates and Team Meetings
    2. Monthly check-ins on: *Clean car *Inventory check, what’s in your car *Add and adjust schedule (Min 6 weeks of availability) *Ongoing education (you can ask your manager about this) *Resource sharing (‘here’s a great place to teach unprotected left turns’) *Post Office trip (i.e. mailing paperwork to our operator Julie, in CA) *Kinkos trip (for any photocopying etc) *Accessing training (coming soon: training highlights)
