Requesting parental leave

To request parental leave, you need to message your manager and let them know the time that you'd like to take off. Once they have approval, you can work with your HRBP to fill out the necessary forms.

We provide up to 3 months of paternal leave (maternity or paternity), assuming that you've been at the company working full-time for at least 1 year. It should take a few days for HR to process your request.
